Tender: Revamping Works at Bolan Medical Complex (BMC), Quetta — Two Packages

Project Director, Revamping Projects SPH & BMC, Quetta invites electronic tenders for two revamping packages at Bolan Medical Complex (BMC), Quetta. Submission must follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 and all bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA).

Key details: Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (in the form of bank guarantee, demand draft or call deposit) in favour of the Project Director. Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidding documents may be obtained/viewed online and the complete bidding document can be downloaded as specified by the procuring entity. Electronic submission required; no physical bids will be accepted.

Eligibility: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category: PEC C-3 for Package No.1 and PEC C-4 for Package No.2 (and above where applicable). Bidders must meet other standard eligibility, technical and financial requirements as per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules.
