Tender Notice: Revamping Works at SPH & BMC Quetta (Wards, Nursing College & Operation Theatre)

Project Director Revamping Projects SPH & BMC Quetta invites electronic bids for revamping works at Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) Quetta under composite schedule rates. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA GOB) is mandatory for all bidders.

Key details:

- Tender fee: PKR 1,500 per package.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each work (call deposit or bank guarantee as stipulated in bidding documents).
- Eligibility: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Other eligibility and qualification requirements apply as per Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

- Bidding documents and electronic submission: Obtain and submit bids only via the Electronic Public Procurement System (visit the BPPRA / EPPS portal). Tender documents may also be downloaded from the relevant procurement portal.
