Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Mulkhow, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites e-tenders for the supply/fabrication of solid waste machinery from well reputed manufacturers, fabricators or contractors registered with the e-procurement system. Bids will be invited under the Single Stage—Two Envelope method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 (Technical and Financial).

Key submission and eligibility information:
- Eligible bidders/suppliers/contractors must be registered on the relevant Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement (EPAD/EPADs) portal and must submit bids electronically through the e-procurement system.
- Bids must follow the Single Stage—Two Envelope procedure: technical proposal and financial proposal submitted as separate envelopes electronically. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically compliant bidders will be opened publicly at the announced time.
- Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR must be submitted and sealed as required.
- Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
- Bids will be opened on the same day (time for opening indicated in the tender: 12:30 PM) in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
