Government of Punjab Auction: Immovable Properties of Accused Ahmed Ali Riaz — Rawalpindi

Government of Punjab (Deputy Commissioner, Rawalpindi) will hold a public auction of immovable properties of accused Ahmed Ali Riaz under Section 88 CrPC (Ref. No. 19/2023, State vs Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi & Others). The sale is on an “As is, where is” basis. • The auction will be conducted on an “As is where it is” basis.
• Official bid forms and reserve price details are available from the reserve office; no bid below reserve will be accepted.
• Earnest money must be submitted in the specified mode (Pay Order/Bank Draft) as required in the bid documents.
• All bidders must submit a duly filled proforma and required documents by 3:00 PM one day prior to the auction at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner (Saddar), Rawalpindi (Old Katcheri) or the NAB R&DM Cell located at Federal Cooperative Bank Building, 3rd Floor, Ataturk Avenue, Sector G-5, Islamabad.
• The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount on the same day of acceptance in the specified manner; the remaining 75% must be deposited within 30 days. Failure to comply may lead to forfeiture of deposited amount and disposal of the property as per rules.
• Auction proceedings will follow applicable PPRA and Land Revenue rules; the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason.
• No blacklist bidder will be allowed to participate.
