Murree Brewery Final Cash Dividend Payment Notice for 2025–26

Murree Brewery Company Limited informs its shareholders that the final cash dividend for the financial year ended June 30, 2026, at 145% (Rs. 14.50 per share), was credited to shareholders’ designated bank accounts on November 4, 2026, through its paying agent, Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.

Under the mandatory requirements of the Companies Act, 2017, cash dividend payments have been withheld for shareholders whose complete and correct bank account details, including IBAN, are unavailable. These shareholders should submit their bank account information to their relevant broker or to the company’s share registrar, Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, CDC House, 99-B, Block B, SMCHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Providing the mandatory bank account information will enable payment of withheld dividends.
