Tender: Framework Contract for Cleaning & Janitorial and Hostel Items (FY 2025–27) — Daanish Schools (Harnoli)

Issuer: Principals, Daanish School (Boys & Girls). Sealed bids are invited for procurement of Cleaning Items and Janitorial & Hostel Items under a framework contract for financial year 2025-27 from experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with Sales Tax (if required) and Income Tax Departments, in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (up to date).

Submission method: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must submit profiles and both technical and financial bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Participation through the e-procurement Punjab portal is compulsory.

Important dates and venue: Last date for bid submission is 2026-08-24 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-08-24, at 10:30 AM in the conference room of Daanish School Boys Harnol, via the e-procurement Punjab portal.
