Municipal Committee Kasur Tender Notice for Development Schemes (E-PADS) – Closing 2026-08-27

Issuer: Municipal Committee Kasur. The Municipal Committee invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal for approved development schemes for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bidding documents and detailed terms can be downloaded free of charge from the Punjab e-procurement site.

- Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal (https://epunjab.gov.pk/) by or before 10:30 AM PST on the closing date 2026-08-27. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM PST on the same day at the office of the Municipal Committee Kasur in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost (as stated in the bidding documents).

- Successful bidder must provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost within 15 days after the opening of the tender; this will be returned after successful completion of the project subject to terms in the bid document.

- Submission must be in accordance with instructions in the e-procurement bidding document. Failure to follow PPRA rules or submit required guarantees will result in disqualification or rejection of the bid.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable PPRA rules.
