Issuer: National Centre for Physics (NCP), Shahdara Valley Road, Near NIPS, Islamabad. Sealed quotations are invited from specialist suppliers of AI lab equipment, IT and lab equipment (Physics Lab, Vacuum Sciences, etc.) who hold valid GST/NTN and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Submission and opening dates are listed below.
Submission requirements: Single Stage - One Envelope procedure. Quotations to be submitted to Additional Director Procurement. Each proposal must include 2% of quoted value as Earnest Money. Tender documents may be downloaded from NCP website or obtained against a payment of Rs. 200 deposited in Askari Bank at NCP. Envelope must clearly state the Indent number and "Do Not Open Before 1030 hrs on 23.06.2026".
