Punjab Highway Department Tender: Widening Road to Challenge SEZ, Kasur – Bids Due 2026-06-26

Punjab Highway Department invites bids through the PPRA e-Tendering System for the following works. Registered contractors/firms having valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 may participate. Bidders must be registered on the PPRA/PPRA-Punjab e-procurement website and comply with bid security and performance guarantee requirements detailed below.

How to apply: Submit bids online via the PPRA/PPRA-Punjab e-procurement portal (www.pppunjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Original CDR (bid security) shall be furnished half an hour before opening of bids where required. For queries or submission, contact the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Kasur. Key conditions (summary):

• Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) with valid PEC license for 2025-26 may participate.
• Bids to be submitted via PPRA e-procurement portal.
• Bid Security: CDR only in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division Kasur; amount shown against each bid (Clause-27).
• Performance Security/Guarantee: Lowest evaluated bidder to submit 10% Performance Security/Guarantee within 15 days of receipt of offer letter (Clause-56).
• Submission of 10% Performance Guarantee mandatory for all successful bidders irrespective of estimated/contract amount.
• Rates quoted in percentage above or below estimated/DNIT cost; acceptance subject to evaluation rules.
