Controller General of Accounts (CGA), Online Billing Solution Sehal Project, Directorate General MIS, CGA Complex G-5/2 Islamabad invites proposals (RFP-57) from eligible SAP-certified firms to develop a customized IFMIS/SAP training manual and deliver capacity-building trainings for the government-customized IFMIS modules.

Scope and required coverage: The vendor must provide SAP-based certifications/modules covering the government-customized IFMIS areas including (but not limited to) Financial Accounting (FI/Controlling), HR & Payroll (GP Fund, House Building Advance, Motorcar Advance, Change Tracking, Talent Management, Pension), ABAP, BASIS, Process Orchestration, SAC (Planning), SAP Green Ledger/Special Ledger, Supply Chain (MM/SCM), GRC Process Control/SAP GRC (ETD), Enterprise Asset Management, IFMIS/SAP Project Management, IFMIS/SAP Production (PP/PM), IFMIS/SAP Distribution, and SAP Build/SAP Business Technology Platform.
Eligibility and documents: Firms must be registered, active Income Tax and Sales Tax taxpayers, and registered on e-PADS. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Technical and Financial) on e-PADS. The procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure and public procurement rules. Interested firms may download the Proposal Document (RFP-57) free of cost from https://eprocure.gov.pk and register on e-PADS to submit proposals.
Important: The original physical proposal security (Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft) must be delivered to the Finance Manager, Project SEHAL, by the deadline.
