Issuer: Treet Battery Limited (Registered Office: 72-B, Industrial Area Kot Lakhpat, Lahore-54770). Purpose: Continuation of EOGM notice for election of Directors under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017. The following persons have filed notices of their intention to offer themselves as candidates for election as Directors of the Company. The Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be held on 2026-06-11 at 11:00 AM at the Auditorium, Ferozepur Road, Shahrah-e-Roomi, Lahore and virtually via video link.
