The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Kalat Division invites electronic bids for the construction of four Black Top Roads.
Eligibility
Interested Contractors/Firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-26 in category C-4 or above, be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL), have a turnover of at least the last three years, and have completed 2 similar assignments. The firm must not be blacklisted.
