The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Kalat Division invites electronic bids for the construction of four Black Top Roads.

Eligibility

Interested Contractors/Firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-26 in category C-4 or above, be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL), have a turnover of at least the last three years, and have completed 2 similar assignments. The firm must not be blacklisted.

Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids are required. Bids must be submitted electronically by the last date through the supplier dashboard. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website at www.bppra.org.pk. The tender processing fee must be deposited in the government treasury under the head of account C-03870 through a Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
