University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids from well-reputed, financially sound and eligible firms/suppliers/dealers/distributors/manufacturers/book sellers/publishers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and registered on EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key submission details: Bid submission deadline (closing) for both tenders is 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day on 2026-06-12 at 11:30 AM in the conference/office of University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin. Bidding documents (English) with specifications, quantities and terms are available on the EPADS portal and the university website (www.putrasul.edu.pk). Only firms/book sellers/publishers prequalified for 2024-25 & 2025-26 are eligible to participate for procurement of books.

Submission requirements: Bids must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security instrument and affidavit must be uploaded; the original Bid Security instrument and affidavit must also be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with bidder name and Tender No. Accepted forms of bid security: CDR / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee in favor of University of Rasul, valid for the stated bid validity period. Pre-bid meeting: For the Gym Equipment tender (UOR/PD/2025-26/24) a pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-06-04 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin.
