Pre-Qualification Notice: Construction & Augmentation of Base Godown Islamabad – PWD Muzaffarabad

Executive Engineer PWD Maintenance Division Muzaffarabad invites pre-qualification applications from eligible contractors for the project "Construction & Augmentation Storage Capacity of Base Godown Islamabad" on behalf of the Government of the State of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Prospective contractors must be registered with PEC and meet the minimum pre-qualification requirements described below.

Key requirements & instructions:

- Pre-qualification is open to contractors registered with PEC in Category C-3 and above (Code CE-10) for construction and operation of engineering works.

- Minimum eligibility: Successfully completed at least two (02) similar projects in the last five (05) years, each having a value of PKR 256,000,000 or more.

- Prospective bidders must obtain Username and Login details from the IT section, Office of Chief Engineer Building/PHE Muzaffarabad (Block "H" DHQ Muzaffarabad) and, if required, attend e-bidding training before submission. Firms already registered with the e-tendering system can use their existing credentials.

- Applications for pre-qualification must be uploaded in PDF format on the e-Bidding dashboard of the perspective bidder by 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copy original signed and stamped documents required for verification must be submitted to the Employer within two days after opening of the tender.

- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per AJK PPRA rules. Only shortlisted/pre-qualified contractors will be invited to bid.
