RFP: Design, Finance, Build, Operate & Transfer — Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium Seating & Commercial Utilization (Pakistan Sports Board)

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination). The Pakistan Sports Board invites Requests for Proposals (RFP) from firms registered with tax authorities (Income Tax / Sales Tax) and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for design, finance, build, operate and transfer (BOT/DBFOT PPP model) of the "Naseer Bunda Hockey Stadium Seating Enhancement & Commercial Utilization Scheme" at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Key instructions:

- Proposal and bidding documents are available on the Pakistan Sports Board website and on ePADS.

- Bid security must be submitted as a CDR / Pay Order of Rs.156,400 in the name of Pakistan Sports Board and must reach the office of the undersigned before opening of bids/proposals; proposals without the required bid security will be declared non-responsive.

- The Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPRA rules.
