Eligibility: Contractors/firms approved/registered with PEC (valid registration for FY 2025-26) with relevant specialization codes (EE-04, EE-05 as applicable), registered with PRA/FRB and on the active taxpayers list. Bidders must upload documentary evidence through the e-bidding platform.
Estimated Cost: PKR 5.00 million (each tender).
Bid Security / Earnest Money: Original bid security of PKR 100,000 (in favor of Project Director, Construction Circle LESCO) to be submitted as required (CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee from scheduled bank) — refundable to unsuccessful bidders.
Performance Security: 10% of the tender amount to be furnished by the successful bidder.
Submission & Opening: Bids shall be submitted online through the ePADS V2.0 platform. Closing date/time: 2026-06-30 at 11:30 AM. Bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 12:00 PM. Procurement will follow single-stage single-envelope procedure (as per advertised conditions) and the bids shall be governed by applicable PPRA rules and e-PAKS/ePADS requirements.
