Key eligibility & submission information
- PEC registration renewed for the year 2025-26 with the required category and specialization code shown against each tender.
- Bidder must have requisite experience: completion certificates of similar works awarded in the last ten years (WAPDA / NTDC / DISCOs or equivalent) as proof of capability.
- Average Annual Turnover must be equal to or greater than the amount shown for each tender.
- Bidder must be on Active Tax Payer List (ATL) and provide Income Tax Returns for the last three years.
- Bids to be submitted online through e-PADS V2.0 before the deadline. Bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on 2026-06-22.
