Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid (ePADS) – Multiple Supply Tenders, Lahore

Issuer: Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways (P.R.), Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids through the ePADS (e-procurement) system for multiple supply contracts under the Public Procurement Rules.

Purpose: Procurement of various materials and spare parts including (examples visible) upholstery articles, fiberglass sheets, overhead crane components, stopper sleeves, varnish, lubricants (jet lube oil), LPG gas cylinders, numerous D.E. loop spares (multiple lots), composite brake shoe for ride, mild steel flats, and other miscellaneous stores. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

How to apply: All bids must be submitted online through the ePADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Physical submission other than via ePADS will not be accepted except that bid security (earnest money) must be submitted in physical form as specified in the bidding documents to the office of the Chief Controller of Purchase before the tender closing time.

Procedure & requirements: Procurement will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules-2004.
