NGCP Tender No. 03/2025-26 — Repair & Maintenance of A-Type Bungalow, 220kV Grid Station Lahore

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) invites sealed bids under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for repair and maintenance works at its 220kV Grid Station, Ravi Road, Lahore (Tender No. 03/2025-26).

Issuer: Deputy Manager (Civil), Asset Management–North, 220kV Grid Station NGCP, New Kot Lakhpat (NLKP), Lahore.

Eligibility: Bidders must be eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and registered on the Active Taxpayers List with the Federal Board of Revenue and the relevant provincial Excise & Tax / Sales Tax Department.

Documents, Fees & Bid Security: Tender documents may be purchased against submission of a written application on company letterhead on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/-. The required bid security of PKR 225,000/- must be submitted as specified (pay order/bank draft in favor of Deputy Manager (Civil) AM–North, NGCP, Lahore).

Submission & Opening: Complete bids must be submitted online through the NGCP E-PADS / e-procurement system. Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-23 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
