Tender: Upgradation & Maintenance of Dispensaries to Federal Community Health & Preventive Services Centres (Karachi)

Project Director, Border Health Services – Pakistan (Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination) invites online bids under PPRA Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure for upgradation and maintenance works converting Central Government Dispensaries into Federal Community Health & Preventive Services Centres and related repair works in Karachi. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with specialist CE-10 (Building & Allied Works).

- Download bidding documents and submit bids online via the E-PADs (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) platform: https://eproc.gov.pk/. Non-refundable tender fee: PKR 5,000 (Pay Order/Call Deposit) payable to Border Health Services – Pakistan.

- Bids must include scanned copies of the Tender Fee and Bid Security (Pay Order / Call Deposit). Original Tender Fee and Bid Security must reach the Project Director (Border Health Services – Pakistan, Block-47, Pakistan Secretariat, Karachi) within 03 days after opening of technical bids.

- Bidders must be PEC-registered (Category C-3 or above) with specialist CE-10.

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-22 (online submission by 10:00 AM on that date). Bids will be opened the same day (time as stated in bidding documents).
