University of the Punjab Tender for Procurement of Sports Items (EPADS)

Issuer: University of the Punjab (Treasurer). Sealed bids are invited from interested manufacturers / authorized / sole distributors / contractors / suppliers registered with GST & NTN on a single-stage two-envelope basis. Bids will be accepted only through the Punjab e-Procurement Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Physical submission of bid security and scanned upload of the complete bid are required as stated below.

Submission & opening: The bid must be prepared per bidding document instructions and submitted via EPADS by 2016-06-23 up to 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. If a public holiday is declared for the opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day. Only bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; bid security must also be submitted physically in the Procurement Wing before tender closing.

Eligibility & conditions: Suppliers must be registered with GST and NTN. Single-stage two-envelope procedure applies. Response time is calculated from the publication on the PPRA website.
