Tender: Annual Repair & Maintenance of Completed Water Supply Schemes — PHE Division Kohistan Lower

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Kohistan Lower invites sealed/electronic bids (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for annual repair & maintenance of completed water supply schemes for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited through the EPADS/e-procurement system and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-procurement portal.

Bid security & conditions: Bid security of 2% of the Engineer's estimated cost is required (in approved form). Bidders must submit technical and financial bids in separate envelopes/files. Non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected. All other procurement conditions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority apply.

Key dates: Last date & time for submission of bids: 2026-07-02 at 12:00 (Noon). Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

• Copy of CNIC of bidder.
• Valid PEC registration (2025-26) of the bidder.
• Valid enlistment/certificate from Works Department.
• Form-H in case of companies.
• Valid KPRA registration/form.
• Updated audit report copy and valid FBR documents where applicable.
• Affidavit that the firm is not involved in any litigation with PHE Division Kohistan Lower (attested).
• Details of previously performed works of similar nature and scope; technical proposals and required affidavits as per tender documents.
