Issuer: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL). Sealed bids are invited for the auction of obsolete/junk materials in lots on an "as is, where is" basis. Interested parties must purchase the TOR/Bid documents and submit earnest money for each lot as specified.
Key requirements and instructions:
- Purchase TOR/Bid documents from designated PTCL offices between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM (Monday to Friday) after submission of application and payment of a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 10,000 (paid by demand draft/pay order in favor of "Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited").
- Earnest money for each lot must be deposited separately in the form of a demand draft/pay order in favor of "Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited".
- A single set of TOR/Bid documents will be issued for all lots/zones.
- PTCL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process at any stage without liability.
