National Centre for Physics (NCP), Islamabad invites sealed quotations from specialist suppliers of lab equipment, IT items and vacuum/physics-related instruments. Suppliers must have valid GST and NTN, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and demonstrate relevant experience and capabilities.
Submission details and key requirements:
- Submit sealed quotations to the Additional Director Procurement, NCP, on or before 2026-06-23 at 10:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-23 at 10:30 hrs.
- Mark the envelope with the relevant "Quotation of Indent #" and the note "Do Not Open Before 1030 hours on 23.06.2026".
- Tender documents are available free from the NCP website: http://www.ncp.edu.pk/tenders.php or can be collected from NCP by depositing Rs. 200 (per tender) at Askari Bank on NCP premises.
- Each bid must include Earnest Money equal to 2% of the quoted value (as per tender instructions). Quotations by fax or email will not be accepted. Quotations for each tender must be submitted separately. Authorized-dealer quotes will be accepted where specified.
