WASA Gujranwala Tender for Polyester Safety Nets for Sewer Manholes

Issuer: Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Gujranwala. WASA Gujranwala invites e-rate quotations from approved firms/contractors for providing and fixing polyester safety nets inside sewer manhole chambers to prevent accidental falls while allowing full water and gas flow.

Procurement method and key conditions:

- Procurement will be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders must submit e-bids via e-PADS.

- This is a framework contract initially for one year from date of signing, extendable up to two further years as required by the competent authority. Quantities in the bid schedule should be executed within the specified period.

- Bid security of 5% must be uploaded on e-PADS in soft form; the original (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque) must be submitted to the undersigned at WASA Head Office, Main Market, Peoples Colony, Gujranwala before tender opening, otherwise the bid may be rejected.

- Only e-bids will be considered; submission of hard copies is not acceptable. Bidders must comply with detailed terms, conditions and e-bidding requirements available on e-PADS and the Punjab PPRA website.
