DHQ Teaching Hospital Kohat e-Procurement Notice for Medical Supplies & Services – Bid Deadline 2026-06-25

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-bids through the E-PAD Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for procurement of various items/supplies for the fiscal year 2026-2027 in accordance with KPPRA (S.R.O. (23)/Vol-I-3425 dated March 24, 2025) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission and opening:

• Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-06-25 by 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.
• Scanned copies of required original documents must be uploaded with the e-bid. The original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat before the bid closing time.
• Approved rates will remain valid until 2027-06-30 (framework contracts/agreements as per KPPRA Rule 31(a)).
• Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) as required.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014.
