Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites sealed bids through the e-PADS system for the installation of a new tubewell for the replacement of the Mushtaq Town tubewell in a WASA Lahore sub-division. Single Stage Two Envelope procurement procedure will be used. Bids must be submitted electronically on e-PADS and conform to Punjab Procurement Regulations and PPRA rules.
