E-Tender Notice — Buildings Division Sialkot (PPRA e-Tendering)

Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sialkot (under the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No.2 Gujranwala) invites e-tenders from eligible contractors/firms for multiple maintenance, repair and construction works for government colleges and schools in Sialkot district. Tendering will be conducted through the PPRA e-Tendering / Punjab e-procurement system.

Key instructions and eligibility

• Only firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category may participate.
• Bidders must be registered on the PPRA/Punjab e-Tendering portal and submit bids online through the e-procurement system.
• Upload of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / earnest money as specified in each NIT is mandatory (as per PPRA rules).
• Procurement and contract conditions will follow PPRA and Government of the Punjab rules; bidders should consult individual NITs and tender documents for performance guarantee and other conditions.
• Incomplete, conditional or late bids will be rejected. Clarifications and corrigenda, if any, will be posted on the e-procurement portal.
