Punjab Highways Department Tender Notice — Road Repair Works (Mandi Bahauddin)

Punjab Highways Department, Executive Engineer Highways Division, Mandi Bahauddin (under Superintending Engineer Highways Circle, Gujrat) invites online tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA e-Tendering system. Eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes may participate. Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website (www.punjabeprocure.gov.pk).

Key submission and eligibility conditions:

• Earnest money (CDR) to be uploaded online only in the name of Executive Engineer Highways Division, Mandi Bahauddin at 5% of the estimated/bid cost. CDR and filled rates against items of work must be uploaded on the e-procurement website at least half an hour before the tender opening time. Original CDRs must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day; failure to submit original CDR will disqualify the bid.
• After online submission, contractors may attend the Office of the Superintending Engineer Highways Circle, Gujrat on 2026-06-17 at 01:00 PM where bids will be retrieved and quoted rates/successful bidders will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bid opening for listed packages is scheduled for 2026-06-17 at 01:30 PM.
• Any submission of fake information/documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting under the current tendering procedure. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules and relevant circulars. A 10% Performance Guarantee will be required in accepted forms (Pay Order, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee valid 3 months beyond completion period). Recovery against credit of old material and other contract conditions will be applied as per policy.
