- Download bid solicitation / bidding documents from the ePADS website (www.procure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website. Bids must be uploaded through ePADS; hard copies or cutting/overwriting in documents are not acceptable.
- Last date and time for electronic submission: 2026-07-02 at 12:30 PM. Electronic opening of bids: 2026-07-02 at 2:00 PM.
- Last date/time for online clarifications: 05:00 PM on 2026-06-23.
- Bid securities (2% of estimated cost) must be uploaded on ePADS and the same physical copy must be delivered to the Office of Assistant Director Senior LG&RDD, Headquarters Tehsil Timergara, Dir Lower. Bid securities to be in favor of Assistant Director (Sr) LG & RDD Dir Lower.
- Rates may be offered at % above, % below or At-Par on Engineer Estimates. PEC registration (Active Tax Payer) and KPRA registration must be valid for the current financial year. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from closing date.
- Prospective bidders must register on ePADS to obtain a unique username and password. Matters related to submission of bid security and additional security will be dealt with per KPPRA notifications and relevant rules.
