TMA Bakka Khel E-Tender for Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (Closing 2026-06-29)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Bakka Khel. Purpose: Purchase/supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be reputed manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers/firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission method: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPAD/EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) under the Single Stage–Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The chassis for the work shall be supplied by TMA Bakka Khel.

Key conditions and dates:

• Deadline for e-bid submission: 2026-06-29. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM on EPADS.
• Original bid security: 2% of total bid price in the form of CDR in the name of "TMO TMA Bakka Khel" to be sealed in an envelope and delivered to the specified address before the closing date/time.
• All applicable taxes (Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules are applicable.
• Rates to be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office.
• Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff.
• Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted/retained.
• Purchase Order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.

Evaluation: Technical proposals will be evaluated as prescribed in the bid document; financially responsive bids of technically accepted bidders will be opened publicly at a later date communicated via the bidder's provided email address.
