Tender: Procurement, Monthly Rentals & Services — DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara (Lower Dir) invites sealed e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (Financial Year 2026-27) for procurement of medicines, vaccines and provision/lease of certain monthly-rent services. Procurement will follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules, 2014. Eligible national manufacturers, firms, distributors, retailers and authorized sole agents may submit bids.

Bidding documents, specifications and terms may be obtained from the Medical Superintendent’s office during working hours on deposit of the required CDR/earnest money. Bids must be uploaded via the e-procurement portal (e-bids) and a hard/courier copy with original CDR must also be submitted as required in the tender documents. Approved rates will remain effective until 2027-06-30.

Important notes: tenders must be typed on company letterhead, page-by-page signed and quoted in words and figures; handwritten bids will be rejected. Bidders must register on the e-procurement portal and comply with all rules stated in the bid documents.
