Tender: Supply of New APCS Vehicles — Inspector General of Prisons, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar)

Inspector General of Prisons, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar) invites sealed tenders for the supply of new vehicles. Procurement will follow Single Stage Double Envelope procedure. Bids must include required documents and bid security as described below. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable PPRA rules.

- Procedure: Single Stage Double Envelope. Bidders must submit sealed technical and financial envelopes per instructions.

- Submission & Opening: Bids to be delivered by the stated submission time (submission counter closes at 10:00). Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 in the Jirga Hall in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Bid Security: 2% of bid value required as bid security in the prescribed form (call deposit/bank guarantee) with the tender.

- Eligibility: Registered firms/suppliers meeting documentary requirements and relevant experience may participate. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
