National Centre for Physics (NCP), Shahdara Valley Road, Near NIPS, Islamabad invites sealed quotations from specialist suppliers of “AI Lab Equipment, IT Lab Equipment (Physics Lab, Vacuum Sciences etc)” having valid GST and NTN (and ATL where specified) for the equipment listed below. Single Stage — One Envelope procedure. Quotations to be submitted to the Additional Director Procurement.

Submission & Bid Terms: Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Additional Director Procurement on or before 2026-06-23 at 10:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on 2026-06-23 at 10:30 hrs. The envelope must mention the corresponding “Quotation of Indent #” and “Do Not Open Before 1030 hours on 23.06.2026”. Bidding documents are downloadable from the NCP website or can be obtained from NCP (details on website). Earnest money: 2% of the quoted value with each proposal. Late bids, fax or email quotations will not be accepted. Quotations for each tender must be submitted separately.
