ITB — Supply of Weapons & Ammunition for National Police Foundation Security Services (Islamabad)

National Police Foundation Security Services (Pvt.) Ltd invites sealed bids from reputed, licensed and experienced manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers and contractors for the supply of weapons and ammunition on a long-term contract basis for operational requirements across Pakistan. The initial contract period is three (03) years and may be reviewed/renewed annually subject to satisfactory performance, competitive rates and mutual consent.

Key submission details: Sealed proposals clearly marked "Proposal for Supply of Weapons & Ammunition" must reach Additional Director Security, NPF HQR, Mauve Area, Islamabad on or before 2026-06-20 at 1100 hours. Eligibility & mandatory documents: Only licensed firms/dealers registered with relevant government authorities may participate. Proposals must include valid Arms Dealer/Manufacturer License, NTN & Sales Tax Registration certificates, company profile, evidence of previous experience/supply orders, and CNIC copy of the authorized representative. Rates must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Sample inspection/testing and security verification of firms may be conducted prior to final approval.

Rights & conditions: The successful supplier must ensure timely delivery and quality of supplied items. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
