HMC Tender Notice No. HMC-28/2026 – Supply & Services (Taxila)

Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Taxila invites sealed tenders on C/F Karachi / FOC Taxila basis from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply of multiple items and execution of specified services. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents.

Key submission details:

Submission deadline: Deliver sealed tenders to C/O Chief, Supply Chain Management Department, Hattar Road, HMC, Taxila by 14:00 hours on 2026-06-23. Tenders will be opened at 14:30 hours on 2026-06-23 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Supply Chain Management Department, Hattar Road, HMC, Taxila against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of HMC.

Additional notes: Sealed tenders must be addressed and delivered as instructed in the bid documents. HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to contract award.
