TMA Mansehra Invites E-Tenders for Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (EPADS)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Mansehra. TMA Mansehra invites e-tenders (EPADS) for the supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery under funds received from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to strengthen solid waste management services.

Key submission and eligibility information:

- Eligible bidders/contractors must be duly registered on the EPADS portal to apply. Bids will be submitted/uploaded through EPADS only.

- Procurement method: Single stage, two-envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules. Technical and financial envelopes should be submitted accordingly.

- Deadline for submission/upload: 2026-06-23 at 02:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same date and time.

- Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price must be submitted in the shape of CDR in favor of "TMO TMA Mansehra". The original CDR must be sealed in an envelope, marked as such, and reach the office before the closing date/time.

- Prices quoted should be on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to TMA office.

- The procuring entity will evaluate technical proposals; only financially accepted/responsive bids will be opened publicly after technical evaluation. Incomplete or conditional bids, and manual bids, will not be entertained.

- The successful bidder must provide operational training to staff. Purchase orders will be subject to release of funds.

- The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
