TMA Pishtakhara Peshawar Tender — Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

Issuing Office: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Pishtakhara, Peshawar. The Tehsil Municipal Officer invites e-bids under a single-stage two-envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules 2014) for fabrication/supply of solid waste machinery. Chassis for the works will be supplied by TMA Pishtakhara.

Key Eligibility & Submission Requirements

• Manufacturers/Fabricators/Suppliers/Firms must have NTN, GST and valid PEC registration.
• Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal as required and submit bids through E-PPRA / e-bidding (technical and financial envelopes).
• Technical bids submitted via the e-portal will be uploaded; financial bids will be opened for technically qualified bidders.
• Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR (payable in the name of TMO TMA Pishtakhara) must be sealed and delivered to the TMA office as specified.
• Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained.
• Successful bidder will provide operational training to TMA staff. Purchase orders are subject to the release of funds.

• Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM (time shown in the notice).
