Government of Sindh — Planning & Development Department invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for contract appointments under the Sindh Community Resilience Project (SCRP) – Livelihood component. Applications are sought for senior positions to provide project leadership, implementation oversight and coordination.

| Director | PPS-09 | Master's degree (HEC-recognized) in relevant discipline; experience in project implementation and coordination; familiarity with livelihood programs preferred. | Contract basis; same general conditions as above. |
Application requirements: submit CV, CNIC, experience certificates and two passport-size photographs. Government employees must provide NOC from their department. No TA/DA will be allowed for tests/interviews. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) are available on request.
