Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and internationally capable firms for the conceptualization, design, installation, operation and maintenance of controlled passenger leisure and recreation attractions (AURA – Airport User Recreation & Attractions) within designated landside and terminal environments at PAA airports.

Key requirements and expectations:
- Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience in experiential attractions, leisure infrastructure, aviation or comparable environments.
- Submissions should include an indicative concept only (high-level proposal, not final engineering design), safety, operational and crowd management considerations, and proposed insurance/regulatory compliance framework.
- Proposals should address operational non-interference with airport operations, security and regulatory approvals; all concepts are subject to PAA technical, safety, engineering and regulatory approval.
- Commercial models suggested may include indicative minimum guaranteed (MMG) + revenue share or hybrid models.
