Issuer: Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila. Sealed tenders (on OF Taxila / CFR Karachi basis) are invited from suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for supply of the following items and services.

How to apply: Sealed tenders, clearly marked with the tender number and prepared in accordance with bidding document instructions, must be addressed to the CPO and placed in the Tender Box at Admin Block, HMC Taxila.
Deadline and opening: Submit on or before 14:00 hours on 2026-06-18. Bids will be opened at 14:30 hours on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Fee & documents: Bidding documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) by CDR/Pay Order in favor of HMC.
Notes: HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids or annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
