Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Protection Monitoring System (APMS) for distribution transformers. Eligible registered/prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOs or PPMC may participate. Bids will be submitted via the e-Procurement System (EPADS v2.0).

Key Instructions:
- Funds for this procurement are available and approved in GEPCO's Procurement Plan for FY 2025-26.
- Procurement will follow Single Stage–Single Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) per applicable PPRA rules.
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit E-Bids through EPADS v2.0. Original bid security (Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Executive Officer, GEPCO) must be provided as required in the bidding documents.
