PHE Division Swabi - Notice Inviting Tender for Civil Works (PHE Sub-Divisions Swabi & Lahor)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Electronic bids are invited through the EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PRA) Rules 2014 on a single-stage single-envelope basis.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and code (CE-09 and CE-10), registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and enlisted with the Provincial Enlistment Committee.

• Last date & time for submission: 2026-08-24. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives who opt to be present.
• Bid security and additional security must be submitted as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O(14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022.
• Non-refundable bidding entry fee (Rs. 0.03% of estimated cost in the shape of call deposit) shall be submitted along with the bid.
• Only bids from firms meeting the registration requirements (PEC CE-09/CE-10, KPRA, Provincial Enlistment) will be considered.
