Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) - Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO. Procurement under the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) financed by the World Bank.
Purpose: Request for Quotation (Single Stage One-Envelope) for procurement of video conferencing equipment, TV displays and video-conferencing-specific furniture including complete accessories and allied services to be installed in the Offices of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PESCO and CE (Dev.) PMU PESCO, Peshawar.

| Lot-III | Supply of video conferencing-specific furniture including conference table, media/TV console, equipment cabinet/rack and other allied furniture/accessories required for complete setup and operational use. |
Eligibility & Instructions: Quotations are invited from eligible manufacturers/suppliers. Suppliers may submit quotations for one, two or all three Lots; only one quotation per Lot by a single supplier is permitted. Procurement will follow national competitive procurement using the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020). Electronic procurement is not permitted.
Documents & Submission: Complete RFQ documents in English are available free of cost for download from PESCO's website (www.pesco.com.pk). Downloading the RFQ from the PESCO website is considered valid for participation. Quotations must be delivered to the address below by the deadline. Late submissions will be rejected.
