TDAP Tender: Supply, Treatment, Packaging and Air Shipment of Samar Bahisht Chaunsa Mangoes for Pakistan Missions Abroad

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites sealed bids from companies/exporters registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply of premium quality Samar Bahisht Chaunsa mango including treatment, packaging, inland delivery and air shipment to Pakistan's missions abroad under the Prime Minister Mango Diplomacy 2026.

Bidding is through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded via e-PADS. Tender documents fee: Rs. 5,000 (to be submitted with bid). Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rule 36(b) will be used for Open Competitive Bidding. Sealed Technical Bid must be accompanied by physical bid security of Rs. 4,000,000 PKR in the shape of pay order/bank draft in favor of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process as per PPRA rules.
