Punjab Building Department E-Tender Notice — Buildings Division T.T. Singh (Two Works)

Punjab Building Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division, T.T. Singh invites e-tenders via the Punjab e-procurement/PPRA e-tendering system from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors for the following works. Participation requires valid PEC registration and registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money must be uploaded with the online bid and the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before tender opening. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders. Bidders must follow PPRA rules and the department’s terms and conditions; incomplete or late bids will be rejected.

- Register/submit bids through the Punjab e-procurement/PPRA portal (online submissions only).
- Upload scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) with the bid; original CDR to be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before opening.
