EPADS Tender — Repair & Maintenance of Transformers, District Bannu (Single Stage Single Envelope)

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, H.Q District Bannu invites sealed tenders through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for repair and maintenance works for the current financial year. Bidding documents will be available on the EPADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of the NIT on the KPRA website.

Key submission & eligibility details

- Bidding documents to be downloaded from EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). A scanned clear copy of the bid will be uploaded to EPADS at time of submission. The BSD will be filled after award.

- Original bid security (CDRs) and the original detailed rate analysis, if applicable, must be delivered to the Office of Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Tehsil H.Q Bannu before the closing time of the bid.

- Online clarification requests will be accepted up to 05:00 PM on 2026-06-12.

Minimum eligibility / prequalification

- Government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Contractors/firms registered/pre-qualified with PESCO/WAPDA and meeting the following requirements:

    (i) Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) relevant codes (EE04, EE05 as listed).

    (ii) Inspectorate of Electricity / Energy & Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa licence in applicable category (as required by the notice).

- Bidders must be registered/active taxpayers with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).

Other important conditions

- Successful bidder will be bound to carry out repair/maintenance work as per PESCO/WAPDA requirements.

- Call deposit/bid security shall be in favour of Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, Headquarter Tehsil Bannu.

- Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of bids.
