WSSP invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable firms, joint ventures or consortia for a Resource Recovery Project at the Shamshatoo landfill site, Peshawar, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement on a Design–Build–Finance–Operate–Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The project aims to recover resources from municipal solid waste, introduce sustainable waste processing solutions for daily intake and legacy waste, extend landfill operational lifespan and establish sustainable revenue-generation streams.
