Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible firms/persons for the supply, installation, commissioning, net-metering and 2 years operation & maintenance of a solar system on an EPC basis. Prospective bidders may purchase bidding documents, submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, and must comply with the mandatory qualification, registration and financial requirements described below.

Key eligibility & submission requirements: bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals (two-envelope procedure). Mandatory documents include company name/address/phone, firm establishment date, valid AEDB registration (attach valid registration), valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C4 or above with relevant codes (examples listed: EE04, EE06, EE11), SECP registration, provincial revenue registration (PRA), NTN/STRN, affidavit confirming non-litigation and non-blacklisting, audited financial statements for last three years (average annual turnover > PKR 100 million), evidence of at least three relevant projects in the last three years each >150 kWp with full scope (supply, installation, commissioning, net-metering and O&M), client references for due diligence, and bid security (10%) as specified. The bid security affidavit on legal paper must be attached to the technical proposal declaring that the CDR is in the financial proposal.
The Principal, Aitchison College, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
