Water and Sanitation Services Peshawar (WSSP), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable firms, joint ventures and consortiums to prequalify and engage a Concessionaire under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for a Resource Recovery Project at the Shamshatoo Landfill Site, Peshawar. The project will be procured under the KP PPP Act 2020 and KP PPP (Selection of Private Partner) Rules, 2021 on a Design–Build–Finance–Operate–Transfer (DBFOT) basis.
